Work Schedule: Monday-Friday; Dayshift
We are looking for a Technical Support Engineers to provide after-sales technical support for renewable energy projects. This role is responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, assisting customers, and ensuring installed systems are operating properly.
Responsibilities
- Provide after-sales technical support for customer projects.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical concerns.
- Handle support tickets and coordinate issue resolution.
- Ensure installed systems are operating correctly.
- Guide customers through technical concerns and system-related issues.
- Communicate technical concepts clearly to customers.
Qualifications
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills in electrical systems or related fields.
- Customer-oriented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-driven, proactive, and willing to take ownership of issues.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to customers.
- Licensed Engineer or relevant industry certifications are an advantage.
- Driver's License is preferred.
