About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Engagement Manager to oversee client engagements from initiation through successful delivery. You will work closely with clients, project teams, and leadership to ensure business objectives are met while maintaining high standards of quality and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client engagements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders.
  • Lead engagement planning, execution, and overall delivery.
  • Collaborate with technical and functional teams to ensure project success.
  • Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve client concerns.
  • Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and client experience.
  • Support account growth by identifying opportunities for additional services.
  • Prepare and present project updates to executive stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 8 years of experience in consulting, client services, project management, or engagement management.
  • Proven experience managing enterprise technology or digital transformation initiatives.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working with international or US-based clients is highly preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced consulting environment.
