Business Process Manager (Fast Food - Restaurant Chain)

Job Summary

We are seeking a Business Process Manager to optimize operational workflows and restaurant systems across our fast food and restaurant chain operations. This role focuses on improving business processes, inventory management, system implementation, and operational efficiency while supporting multiple store locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and improve operational business processes across restaurant operations.
• Develop standardized workflows and operating procedures.
• Lead process improvement projects that enhance efficiency and operational consistency.
• Manage restaurant systems supporting inventory and store operations.
• Coordinate system enhancements and implementation projects.
• Work closely with Operations, Finance, IT, Supply Chain, and Commissary teams.
• Develop business process documentation and user guides.
• Ensure compliance with operational standards and inventory controls.
• Support training and change management initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in business process management, operational excellence, or restaurant operations.
• Minimum 5 years of managerial experience.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and process standardization.
• Experience in fast food, QSR, restaurant chain, or hospitality operations.
