Beauty Sales Associate

Location: Pasay City

Work Setup: Full Onsite

Work Schedule: Shifting (Mall Hours) | 6-day work week (including weekends and holidays)

Job Summary

The Beauty Sales Associate is responsible for delivering excellent customer service and driving sales within the store. This role provides product recommendations, supports visual merchandising standards, and ensures proper inventory handling to maintain smooth store operations and a positive shopping experience.

Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Engagement & Sales

• Greet and assist customers with product selection and purchase decisions
• Provide personalized beauty advice and product demonstrations when needed
• Drive sales performance through effective selling techniques
• Promote ongoing campaigns, promotions, and new product launches

Inventory & Merchandising Support

• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment as needed
• Ensure proper product labeling, pricing, and display based on brand guidelines
• Assist in implementing planograms and promotional setups with the merchandising team
• Report damaged, expired, or slow-moving items to supervisors

Warehouse & Stockroom Coordination

• Coordinate with warehouse teams for delivery and stock availability
• Assist in receiving, checking, and organizing inventory
• Support stock audits and inventory transfers when required

Store Upkeep & Compliance

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of sales floor, testers, and display areas
• Follow safety, hygiene, and visual merchandising standards
• Assist in store opening and closing procedures

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred
• Open to college undergraduates or Senior High School graduates with relevant experience
• Prior experience in retail sales, preferably in beauty or FMCG industry
• Basic knowledge of inventory systems and stock handling is an advantage
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and multitasking skills
• Sales-driven, detail-oriented, and customer-focused
• Willing to work in a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays
