About the Role
We are seeking a Head of Customer Persistency to drive initiatives that improve policy retention, strengthen customer relationships, and increase customer lifetime value. The successful candidate will lead enterprise-wide persistency programs while ensuring operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute customer persistency strategies.
- Lead policy retention and lapse prevention initiatives.
- Improve customer engagement through data-driven programs.
- Establish KPIs and monitor business performance.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve conservation processes.
- Lead and develop the conservation function.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or related field.
- 10+ years of relevant insurance or financial services experience.
- 5+ years in a leadership role.
- Experience in customer retention, policy servicing, or insurance operations.
- Strong analytical and leadership capabilities.
