About the Role

We are seeking a Head of Customer Persistency to drive initiatives that improve policy retention, strengthen customer relationships, and increase customer lifetime value. The successful candidate will lead enterprise-wide persistency programs while ensuring operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute customer persistency strategies.
  • Lead policy retention and lapse prevention initiatives.
  • Improve customer engagement through data-driven programs.
  • Establish KPIs and monitor business performance.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve conservation processes.
  • Lead and develop the conservation function.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or related field.
  • 10+ years of relevant insurance or financial services experience.
  • 5+ years in a leadership role.
  • Experience in customer retention, policy servicing, or insurance operations.
  • Strong analytical and leadership capabilities.
