Job Summary

The Employee Services & Deployment Manager oversees employee servicing operations and deployment coordination to ensure smooth onboarding, employee support, and manpower allocation across operational teams. The role focuses on service excellence, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage employee onboarding, documentation, and HR transactions
• Handle employee concerns and coordinate issue resolution
• Monitor deployment schedules and staffing requirements
• Ensure timely endorsement of employees into operations
• Maintain accurate employee records and monitoring systems
• Prepare deployment and employee servicing reports
• Drive process improvements and operational enhancements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field
• At least 3 years of HR operations or employee services experience
• Experience supporting field or operational teams is an advantage
• Strong communication and organizational skills
