Job Summary

We are looking for a Financial Reporting & Tax Manager to oversee financial reporting, regulatory compliance, taxation, and ERP accounting systems. The successful candidate will ensure accurate reporting while supporting continuous process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review financial reports
• Manage accounting close activities
• Ensure tax compliance and statutory reporting
• Coordinate audits and regulatory requirements
• Oversee ERP accounting modules
• Recommend improvements in financial processes
• Develop accounting policies and procedures
• Supervise accounting personnel

Qualifications

• CPA
• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy
• 5–8 years of accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting and taxation
• ERP experience preferred
• Advanced Excel skills
