Process Improvement Manager (Fast Food - Restaurant Chain)

Job Summary

We are seeking a Process Improvement Manager to lead operational improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, inventory accuracy, and business processes across our restaurant operations. This role works closely with multiple departments to standardize processes and improve operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
  • Analyze workflows and recommend process enhancements.
  • Standardize restaurant operational procedures.
  • Improve inventory management and operational controls.
  • Partner with Operations, Finance, IT, Supply Chain, and Commissary teams.
  • Lead implementation of operational improvements.
  • Develop documentation, SOPs, and training materials.
  • Monitor project outcomes and drive continuous improvements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or related discipline.
  • 8–10 years of experience in process improvement, operations excellence, or restaurant operations.
  • Minimum 5 years of leadership experience.
  • Experience in fast food, QSR, or restaurant chain operations preferred.
