Job Overview

The Sales Consultant is responsible for assisting customers, recommending products, and driving sales through excellent customer engagement and relationship building. The role focuses on achieving sales targets while delivering outstanding customer experience in a retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product recommendations and inquiries
• Build rapport with walk-in customers to increase sales opportunities
• Achieve daily and monthly sales goals
• Demonstrate product features and benefits effectively
• Maintain clean and organized product displays
• Process transactions and assist with inventory monitoring
• Provide after-sales assistance and customer support
• Follow company sales standards and operational procedures

Qualifications

• At least High School Graduate
• Experience in retail sales or customer service is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales-driven and customer-oriented
• Willing to work retail schedules when needed
