About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Cost Accounting Manager (CPA) to oversee financial costing, inventory accounting, and operational cost management for our restaurant and food manufacturing operations. You will partner closely with Operations and Supply Chain to ensure accurate costing and maximize profitability.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all cost accounting activities.
  • Oversee inventory accounting and valuation.
  • Lead month-end cost closing and reconciliations.
  • Analyze production and restaurant operating costs.
  • Develop cost reduction initiatives.
  • Prepare profitability and variance reports.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards.
  • Support budgeting and financial planning.
  • Improve costing systems and internal controls.
  • Lead and mentor the accounting team.

Qualifications

  • CPA is required.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy.
  • Minimum 8 years of accounting experience.
  • At least 3 years managing a cost accounting team.
  • Experience in Restaurant, FMCG, Manufacturing, or Food Production.
  • Strong ERP and Excel skills.
