Key Responsibilities:

• Build financial models and conduct investment analysis to assess potential deals and investment opportunities.
• Research industries, markets, competitors, and emerging trends to support investment decisions and identify new opportunities.
• Assist with deal sourcing and due diligence across financial, commercial, legal, operational, and ESG areas.
• Develop investment memoranda and presentations for investment committees, boards, and prospective investors.
• Track portfolio company performance and support initiatives involving growth strategies, capital raising, M&A, ESG, and exit planning.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, management consulting, or corporate finance.
• Strong financial analysis, quantitative, and modeling skills with advanced Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex financial information clearly.
• Highly motivated and detail-oriented, with strong curiosity, initiative, and the ability to collaborate effectively.
