Systems Manager (Fast Food - Restaurant Chain)

Job Summary

We are looking for a Systems Manager to oversee restaurant operational systems that support inventory management, store operations, and process standardization across our fast food and restaurant chain. This role ensures business systems align with operational requirements and drive efficiency across stores and commissaries.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage restaurant operational systems and business processes.
• Coordinate system enhancements, testing, and implementation.
• Optimize inventory management processes and operational workflows.
• Collaborate with Operations, IT, Finance, Supply Chain, and Commissary teams.
• Develop operational standards, documentation, and user procedures.
• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements.
• Lead user training and system adoption initiatives.
• Drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or related discipline.
• 8–10 years of relevant experience in restaurant systems, operations, or inventory management.
• At least 5 years of leadership experience.
• Experience in multi-store fast food or restaurant chain operations preferred.
• Strong analytical and project management skills.
