Job Overview

The General Trade Commercial Marketing Manager is responsible for leading channel-driven commercial initiatives that support sales growth, category expansion, and retailer engagement across General Trade operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop commercial strategies for GT channels
• Identify growth opportunities through market analysis
• Lead retailer marketing and activation programs
• Develop sell-in presentations and trade materials
• Support national initiatives and category launches
• Coordinate with Sales and Commercial teams on execution
• Monitor business performance and optimize programs
• Support development of emerging GT channels

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years experience in Commercial or Trade Marketing
• Strong General Trade experience required
• Excellent stakeholder management and analytical skills
