Job Overview

The Sales Associate is responsible for assisting customers, promoting products, and driving sales within mall kiosk and retail store locations. The role requires excellent customer engagement, product knowledge, and the ability to achieve daily and monthly sales targets in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist walk-in customers professionally
• Promote products and explain features and benefits clearly
• Meet assigned sales targets and KPIs
• Maintain clean and organized product displays
• Handle POS transactions and cash payments accurately
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in replenishment
• Support daily sales reporting and documentation
• Provide excellent customer service and after-sales assistance
• Follow company operational and mall compliance standards

Qualifications

• At least High School Graduate
• Experience in retail sales, kiosk selling, or customer service is an advantage
• Strong communication and selling skills
• Customer-oriented and sales-driven
• Willing to work mall hours, weekends, and holidays
