Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contest Entry Review - Review and assess TikTok contest entries based on predefined criteria and ensure compliance with campaign rules and brand standards.
  • Performance Monitoring - Track and analyze the performance of contest-related content, including engagement, reach, and entry trends.
    Provide weekly insights and recommendations to the marketing team.
  • Participant Outreach - Notify participants who do not meet contest criteria, providing constructive and clear feedback.
  • Reach out to qualified participants with next steps, congratulations, or additional requirements.
  • Respond to questions or concerns from entrants in a timely and professional manner.

Key Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in Social Media, managing fanpages, social media planning, creating content, with a strong interest in advertising and the media industry, consumer trends on social media, especially TikTok.
  • Passionate about new media and digital content, with a strong interest in social media content creation.
  • Have experience in seeding community content, PR plan, and PR content.
  • Strong presentation, interpersonal, organizational, and business judgment skills.
  • Excellent written, interpersonal & communication skills, comfortable with talking to international stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work independently with cross-functional teams.
  • Good at Canva, Capcut, Word, G-Suite tools, and Marketing tools.

  • Familiar with FMCG (Beauty&Wellness) Industry
