About the Role
We are seeking a creative, organized, and data-driven Marketing Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of our comprehensive marketing campaigns. In this role, you will bridge the gap between online and offline marketing, turning strategic concepts into tangible business results. You will serve as the champion for our brand identity, guiding creative teams, coordinating with various internal and external departments, and driving brand awareness across both physical retail stores and digital platforms. The ideal candidate possesses strong commercial awareness and knows how to position a tech retail brand as a market leader.
Key Responsibilities
- Marketing Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans supporting sales targets, brand growth, store promotions, product launches, and customer engagement across physical stores, e-commerce, and marketplace channels.
- Brand & Creative Direction: Provide clear direction to graphic artists, content creators, video editors, and agencies; review all visuals, captions, and campaign materials to ensure total alignment with the brand identity.
- Digital Marketing & Social Media: Manage and grow the brand's presence across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, websites, and marketplaces; oversee content calendars, paid ads, influencer collaborations, and track digital performance metrics.
- Retail Marketing & Store Support: Drive physical store traffic and branch sales through localized promotions, mall activations, store openings, and by ensuring branches are fully equipped with updated marketing materials and campaign guidelines.
- Supplier & Partner Coordination: Collaborate with brand partners and suppliers for co-funded promotions, joint campaigns, and in-store activations, ensuring all initiatives are properly executed, documented, and reported.
- Campaign Execution & Reporting: Lead campaigns from ideation to post-implementation evaluation; track and report on KPIs such as store traffic, sales impact, and return on marketing spend to continuously improve future strategies.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Advertising, or any related field.
- Experience: At least 4–6 years of experience in marketing, with a strong preference for backgrounds in retail, consumer electronics, technology, gaming, lifestyle, or FMCG.
- Digital Expertise: Deep understanding of social media platforms, paid ads, e-commerce, marketplaces, and omnichannel customer engagement.
- Creative Leadership: Proven ability to give creative direction, evaluate multimedia design materials, and craft compelling, sales-driven campaign messages.
- Project Management & Collaboration: Excellent communication, leadership, and coordination skills, with a track record of working successfully alongside sales, operations, suppliers, agencies, and mall partners.
- Core Competencies: Strong strategic planning abilities, a customer-centric mindset, acute commercial awareness of retail realities (margins, product movement), and execution excellence.
