Accounting Manager (FMCG/Manufacturing)

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly competent Accounting Manager with extensive experience in FMCG or Manufacturing environments. The role will be responsible for managing financial reporting, cost accounting, regulatory compliance, budgeting, and process improvements while ensuring the accuracy of financial records.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the company's accounting and financial reporting functions.
• Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes.
• Manage cost accounting activities and analyze production costs.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
• Review financial statements and management reports.
• Develop and maintain internal controls and accounting policies.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning initiatives.
• Coordinate external audits and tax audits.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost optimization.
• Lead and mentor the accounting team.

Qualifications

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
• Proven experience as an Accounting Manager in FMCG or Manufacturing companies.
• Strong background in cost accounting, inventory management, and financial reporting.
• Experience working in start-up companies or organizations undergoing expansion.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Strong understanding of Philippine taxation and compliance requirements.
