Restaurant Systems Manager (Fast Food - Restaurant Chain)

Job Summary

We are seeking a Restaurant Systems Manager to oversee restaurant operational systems, inventory controls, and business processes across our store network. This role ensures operational systems support efficient restaurant operations while driving consistency, process improvement, and inventory accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage restaurant systems supporting daily operations.
• Lead inventory management and operational process improvements.
• Coordinate restaurant system enhancements and implementation.
• Develop operational procedures and system documentation.
• Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, IT, and Commissary teams.
• Conduct system training and implementation support.
• Monitor compliance with operational and inventory standards.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in restaurant systems, inventory management, or operations.
• Minimum 5 years in a managerial role.
• Experience supporting multi-store restaurant or QSR operations.
