Deals Advisory Associate

Role Overview

We are looking for a Deals Advisory Associate to join a growing advisory team focused on mergers, acquisitions, and strategic transactions.

The ideal candidate has experience in financial due diligence, audit, corporate finance, or transaction support and is passionate about delivering insights that help clients make informed investment and business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Support buy-side and sell-side due diligence engagements
• Analyze financial performance, cash flow, and working capital trends
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and client deliverables
• Conduct industry and market research
• Identify financial risks and operational considerations
• Coordinate with clients, advisors, and cross-functional teams
• Support transaction execution and engagement management
• Assist in business development and proposal preparation activities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, Economics, or related course
• CPA is preferred but not required
• At least 3–5 years of experience in deals advisory, transaction services, audit, or corporate finance
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in a Big 4 or professional services firm is an advantage
