Product Commercialization Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a Product Commercialization Manager to lead the transition of food products from research and development into commercial production. This role ensures products meet operational, quality, and cost requirements while supporting efficient implementation across commissary and store operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead commercialization projects for new products and product improvements.
• Validate manufacturing processes during concept, trial, and pilot stages.
• Develop technical manuals, production standards, and operating procedures.
• Maintain Bill of Materials (BOM) and product documentation.
• Coordinate with Operations, Procurement, Quality Assurance, Engineering, and Training teams.
• Drive continuous improvement projects to enhance efficiency and product consistency.
• Lead troubleshooting efforts and implement corrective actions.
• Supervise technical documentation and system maintenance activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8–10 years of relevant experience in food manufacturing or product commercialization.
• At least 5 years of experience leading technical or operations teams.
• Strong knowledge of product development, process standardization, and operational excellence.
• Experience with SAP or ERP systems is an advantage.
• Excellent project management and leadership skills.
