Salesforce Developer

  • Location: Makati City 
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday Shift

In this role, you are responsible for:

As a Salesforce Developer, you will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution by designing, coding, and implementing customized solutions on the Salesforce platform. You will actively collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable applications, optimize existing workflows, and maintain the integrity of our core systems to drive digital efficiency across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy customized solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura components.
  • Build and manage complex integrations between Salesforce and external business applications using REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Configure Salesforce standard automation tools including Flow Builder, validation rules, and custom objects.
  • Perform routine platform maintenance, data migrations, system debugging, and security troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate closely with business analysts and stakeholders to translate functional requirements into technical workflows.
  • Conduct code reviews, implement unit tests, and maintain comprehensive technical documentation to ensure platform scalability.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
  • Proven experience working as a Salesforce Developer with deep technical knowledge of Apex, Triggers, SOQL, and LWC.
  • Hands-on experience building custom web services and handling API integrations.
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce security models, data architecture, and sharing rules.
  • Active Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I, Administrator) are highly preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong verbal/written communication skills to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
