Job Summary

The Technical Recruitment Sourcing Specialist is responsible for identifying and attracting top technical talent to support organizational growth and workforce expansion. This role focuses on sourcing strategies, talent mapping, and recruitment support for technology and telecommunications-related positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates for technical, engineering, infrastructure, and support roles.
• Conduct resume screening and initial candidate outreach activities.
• Develop sourcing campaigns using online platforms and networking channels.
• Create and maintain talent pipelines for active and future hiring requirements.
• Partner with recruiters to understand role requirements and hiring targets.
• Perform talent market research and competitor benchmarking.
• Update sourcing trackers and applicant databases regularly.
• Support recruitment events and employer branding initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Behavioral Science, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years sourcing experience within Tech, IT, or Telecommunications industries.
• Experience sourcing technical and hard-to-fill positions.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and sourcing analytics tools.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
