External Audit Operations (Junior / Senior / Manager)

Job Summary:
We are looking for driven and detail-oriented professionals to join our External Audit team across multiple levels (Junior, Senior, and Manager). This role involves performing financial audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and delivering high-quality audit services to clients. Candidates should possess strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of audit processes, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform external audit engagements in accordance with auditing standards
• Examine financial statements and assess accuracy, completeness, and compliance
• Identify risks, control gaps, and provide actionable recommendations
• Prepare audit documentation, reports, and working papers
• Communicate findings with clients and internal stakeholders
• Ensure timely completion of audit assignments

Additional Responsibilities by Level:

Junior Associate:

• Assist in audit procedures and documentation
• Support senior team members in fieldwork and testing

Senior Associate:

• Lead audit engagements and supervise junior team members
• Review audit workpapers and ensure quality and accuracy
• Coordinate with clients and manage audit timelines

Manager:

• Oversee multiple audit engagements and ensure overall quality delivery
• Develop client relationships and manage stakeholder expectations
• Lead, mentor, and develop audit teams
• Review and finalize audit reports for submission

Qualifications:

Junior Associate:

• At least 1 year of experience in audit or related field

Senior Associate:

• 2–3 years of audit experience
• With at least 1 year of leadership or supervisory experience

Manager:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in audit
• At least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role

For All Levels:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or related field
• Strong knowledge of auditing standards and financial reporting
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Willing to work in a hybrid setup based in Makati
