Job Overview

The Audit and Governance Manager will be responsible for ensuring strong governance practices, effective risk management, and compliance across the organization. This position requires a strategic thinker with significant audit experience and industry exposure.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute internal audits based on risk priorities.
• Evaluate governance, risk management, and internal control processes.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Review financial and operational procedures to identify improvement opportunities.
• Present audit findings and recommendations to senior management.
• Monitor corrective action implementation and audit follow-ups.
• Support organizational initiatives related to risk and compliance.
• Partner with business leaders to strengthen control environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in audit, compliance, or risk management.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or FMCG environments is preferred.
• Candidates from reputable audit firms with manufacturing/FMCG client exposure are welcome.
• Strong understanding of corporate governance and risk management practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
