About the Role

A leading organization in a highly regulated industry is seeking a visionary Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to lead enterprise-wide commercial strategy and revenue generation. This executive will be responsible for accelerating business growth, strengthening market leadership, and driving the overall commercial performance of the consumer business.

As a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, the successful candidate will oversee all revenue-generating functions, including sales, distribution, channel management, commercial strategy, customer growth, and strategic partnerships. The role requires a transformational leader with a strong track record of delivering sustainable revenue growth, leading large organizations, and driving commercial excellence in highly competitive markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the organization's commercial and revenue growth strategy in alignment with corporate objectives.
  • Drive overall business performance, revenue growth, profitability, and market share expansion.
  • Lead nationwide commercial operations, including consumer sales, channel management, retail operations, dealer and distributor networks, and strategic partnerships.
  • Oversee customer acquisition, retention, loyalty, and lifecycle management initiatives to maximize long-term customer value.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Customer Experience, Finance, Technology, and Operations to deliver integrated go-to-market strategies.
  • Identify new business opportunities, emerging markets, and strategic partnerships to support sustainable growth.
  • Establish commercial KPIs, revenue targets, sales forecasts, and performance management frameworks.
  • Utilize market intelligence, customer insights, and competitive analysis to inform strategic business decisions.
  • Champion digital transformation, commercial innovation, and operational excellence initiatives.
  • Build, mentor, and lead high-performing executive and commercial leadership teams.
  • Present commercial strategies, financial performance, and growth initiatives to the Executive Committee and Board of Directors.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate governance standards, regulatory requirements, and organizational policies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Management, or a related field.
  • MBA or postgraduate qualification is highly preferred.
  • Minimum of 15 years of progressive commercial leadership experience, including at least 8 years in executive leadership roles.
  • Proven experience leading large-scale commercial organizations with full revenue and P&L accountability.
  • Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth, market expansion, customer acquisition, and commercial transformation.
  • Strong expertise in commercial strategy, sales leadership, business development, channel management, and customer growth.
  • Experience leading enterprise-wide commercial operations across multiple business functions.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing multi-billion-peso revenue portfolios and commercial investments.
  • Excellent executive presence, negotiation, stakeholder management, and strategic decision-making skills.
