Job Description:
The Business Development Manager (Sales Officer) drives revenue growth by securing new corporate accounts and building relationships with real estate developers, architects, and enterprise clients. You will manage the entire sales pipeline—from lead generation to project turnover—collaborating with engineering teams to deliver custom tech solutions.
- Location: Quezon City
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
Key Responsibilities
- New Business: Develop corporate accounts and identify strategic sales opportunities.
- Relationship Building: Network with developers, hotel operators, architects, designers, contractors, and MEPF consultants.
- Sales Pitches: Conduct product presentations and hands-on solution demonstrations.
- Proposals: Prepare commercial quotations, proposals, and presentations.
- Teamwork: Partner with internal engineering and project teams to design solutions.
- Sales Cycle: Manage the pipeline from lead generation to project award and turnover.
- Targets: Consistently meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, Marketing, or Architecture.
- Experience: 2+ years of B2B sales experience (ideally in tech, engineering, construction, or building systems).
- Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Attributes: Self-driven, results-oriented, and customer-focused.
- Plus: Prior experience in enterprise or project-based solution selling.
Preferred Industry Background
Experience in any of the following is highly advantageous:
