Job Description:
The Senior HR Manager will lead and oversee end-to-end human resources functions in the Philippines, with a strong focus on recruitment, employee relations (ER), and employer branding. This role is critical in ensuring a steady talent pipeline—particularly for brokers and property-related roles—while maintaining a positive and compliant work environment.
The position reports directly to senior leadership and plays a strategic and operational role in supporting business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for key business roles, particularly brokers and property-related positions
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and build a strong talent pipeline
  • Ensure timely and quality hiring aligned with business targets
  • Manage external partners and sourcing channels
2. Employee Relations (ER)
  • Handle employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary cases
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Drive conflict resolution and maintain a healthy work culture
  • Support management in handling sensitive internal issues
3. HR Business Partnering
  • Act as a strategic partner to leadership on HR-related matters
  • Provide guidance on organizational structure, performance, and people management
  • Support change management initiatives
4. Employer Branding & Talent Supply
  • Strengthen employer brand in the market
  • Develop initiatives to attract and retain high-quality brokers and property professionals
  • Ensure consistent pipeline of candidates to support business expansion
5. HR Operations & Consulting
  • Oversee HR processes and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  • Provide HR consulting support to business units
  • Monitor HR metrics and recommend improvements
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field
  • At least 8–10 years of HR experience, with strong exposure to recruitment and ER
  • Experience in real estate, brokerage, or property-related industries is highly preferred
  • Proven track record in managing complex employee relations cases
  • Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills
  • Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability
