Job Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Mobile Sales Team Leader to oversee daily store operations and lead a high-performing sales team in a fast-paced retail environment. The ideal candidate has strong leadership experience and solid knowledge of mobile phones, gadgets, accessories, and retail sales operations.

Qualifications

• College Level or College Graduate
• At least 2–4 years of experience in a Team Leader, Supervisor, or similar role
• Experience in mobile phone or electronics retail is highly preferred
• Knowledgeable in smartphones, mobile accessories, gadgets, and related technology products
• Familiar with POS systems and inventory management
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
• Sales-driven, organized, and goal-oriented
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily store operations and sales team performance
• Lead, motivate, and coach staff to achieve sales targets
• Assist customers by recommending suitable mobile phones and accessories
• Ensure excellent customer service and product knowledge among team members
• Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, and POS transactions
• Handle customer concerns, complaints, and escalations professionally
• Conduct staff training and performance coaching
• Ensure proper product display, store cleanliness, and operational standards
• Prepare sales and operational reports
• Support store promotions and sales campaigns
