Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to create engaging, learner-centered training solutions that support business and organizational learning objectives. In this role, you will collaborate with subject matter experts and key stakeholders to design, develop, and maintain high-quality learning content for diverse audiences.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Articulate 360, a strong understanding of instructional design methodologies, and a portfolio demonstrating their work.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop effective learning solutions based on identified training needs and business objectives.
- Define and document measurable learning objectives for training programs.
- Conduct learning needs analyses and assess target audience requirements.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather, validate, and organize content.
- Develop instructional materials, including eLearning courses, facilitator guides, learner manuals, and other training resources.
- Apply established instructional design methodologies, such as ADDIE or SAM, throughout the course development process.
- Create engaging multimedia learning assets, including videos, simulations, and interactive learning modules.
- Design assessments and evaluation tools to measure learner comprehension and training effectiveness.
- Review, maintain, and update existing learning materials to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Publish and manage learning content within a Learning Management System (LMS).
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Candidates without a completed bachelor's degree may be considered if they have completed at least two years of college education and possess a minimum of two years of experience in a Training Supervisor role.
- Proven experience using Articulate 360 to develop instructional materials.
- A portfolio showcasing work created with Articulate 360 is required as part of the application process.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with subject matter experts and stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies.
