Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product strategies aligned with business objectives and market demands.
• Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from planning and development to launch and continuous improvement.
• Conduct market research, customer analysis, and competitor benchmarking to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with engineering, sales, marketing, operations, and other cross-functional teams to deliver successful product initiatives.
• Define product roadmaps, business requirements, pricing strategies, and go-to-market plans.
• Monitor product performance, customer feedback, and key performance indicators to drive continuous enhancements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, technology partners, and vendors.
• Lead product innovation and recommend solutions that improve customer experience and business performance.
• Ensure product compliance with company standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.

General Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in product management, product strategy, portfolio management, vendor management, or technology solutions.
• Experience in telecommunications, digital infrastructure, SaaS, cloud solutions, OTT, cybersecurity, or enterprise technology is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Leadership experience is preferred for Head and Lead-level positions.
