Our client is looking for a seasoned legal executive to lead the organization’s legal, compliance, and corporate governance functions. This role ensures that the company operates within legal frameworks while supporting business growth and managing risk.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic legal advice to the President
• Oversee corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory matters
• Manage contracts, litigation, and legal risk exposure
• Ensure compliance with local and international regulations
• Lead and develop the internal legal team
• Liaise with external counsel and regulatory bodies

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor / Bachelor of Laws; Bar passer
• At least 12–15 years of legal experience, with leadership exposure
• Strong background in corporate, regulatory, and commercial law
• Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or regulated industries is highly preferred
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
