Job Overview

We are seeking a Retail Sales Supervisor – Technology Products to lead store operations and drive overall team performance. The ideal candidate has strong retail leadership experience and a solid understanding of laptops, computers, and tech accessories.

Qualifications

• College Level or College Graduate
• At least 2–4 years of experience in retail supervision or team leadership
• Background in gadget or technology retail is an advantage
• Knowledgeable in POS systems and inventory monitoring
• Strong customer service and leadership skills
• Sales-driven and organized

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily retail operations and team productivity
• Monitor sales targets and staff performance
• Assist customers with product recommendations and inquiries
• Ensure proper handling of inventory and stock replenishment
• Resolve customer concerns professionally
• Conduct coaching and training sessions for staff
• Ensure store cleanliness and proper product display
• Prepare sales and operational reports
