Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft and review high-volume standardized legal documents using approved templates, escalating risks when necessary.
  • Manage legal intake workflows, including triaging requests and tracking performance against SLAs.
  • Maintain and update legal templates to ensure consistency, accuracy, and version control.
  • Organize and manage legal documents across systems, ensuring data integrity and proper records management.
  • Conduct legal and regulatory research and provide concise summaries to attorneys.
  • Track and analyze workflow metrics to identify trends and improve service delivery.
  • Execute standardized legal processes with a focus on quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive legal and project-related information.
  • Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and stakeholders to provide timely and aligned legal support.
  • Support process improvements, automation initiatives, training, and administrative tasks, such as scheduling and document preparation.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies, Law, Legal Management, or a related discipline.
  • At least 5 years of direct experience in a law firm, legal department, supply chain department, or a related function.
  • Experience working in a highly regulated industry.
  • Paralegal Certificate or Degree.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working directly with supply chain contracts (highly preferred).
  • Experience supporting U.S. legal teams or working in a global shared services environment.
  • Exposure to contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems.
  • Specialized training and/or subject matter expertise (SME) in a specific area of law.
