M&A / Due Diligence Associate

Role Overview

We are seeking an M&A / Due Diligence Associate to support transaction advisory and financial due diligence engagements for mergers, acquisitions, and strategic investments.

This role offers excellent exposure to deal execution, financial analysis, and client-facing advisory work within a fast-paced professional services environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in financial due diligence engagements for M&A transactions
• Analyze financial statements, profitability, and operational performance
• Conduct financial and market research to support transaction decisions
• Prepare due diligence reports, presentations, and supporting documentation
• Identify key financial risks, trends, and deal considerations
• Coordinate with clients, advisors, and internal stakeholders
• Support engagement teams in managing timelines and deliverables
• Assist in transaction execution and reporting activities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, Economics, or related field
• CPA is an advantage
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in M&A, due diligence, transaction advisory, audit, or investment banking
• Strong financial analysis and analytical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience in Big 4 or advisory firms is highly preferred
