About the Role

We are looking for a strategic Head of Policy Retention to lead initiatives that improve policy persistency, reduce customer lapses, and maximize long-term client value. This role will oversee policy conservation programs, customer engagement strategies, and operational improvements while collaborating with cross-functional teams to strengthen customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement enterprise-wide policy retention strategies.
  • Lead initiatives focused on lapse prevention, reinstatement, and client engagement.
  • Monitor policy persistency and retention performance using KPIs and analytics.
  • Collaborate with Distribution, Operations, Marketing, Technology, and Finance teams.
  • Drive operational excellence and continuous process improvements.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing conservation team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in insurance operations, policy administration, customer retention, or related functions.
  • Minimum 5 years of leadership experience.
  • Strong knowledge of policy persistency and customer lifecycle management.
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
