Job Summary

The Learning and Organizational Development Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing enterprise-wide learning strategies that support business growth, employee capability building, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness. The role partners closely with business leaders to identify competency gaps and develop scalable training initiatives aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company’s learning and development strategy across all business units
• Lead training needs analysis and competency assessment initiatives
• Design and implement leadership development, succession planning, and employee capability programs
• Manage onboarding, technical training, compliance learning, and soft skills development programs
• Oversee learning management systems (LMS), digital learning platforms, and training analytics
• Partner with department leaders to align learning initiatives with operational objectives
• Monitor training effectiveness through KPIs, feedback mechanisms, and performance metrics
• Manage external training vendors, facilitators, and learning consultants
• Lead and mentor the L&D team to ensure high-quality learning delivery
• Drive organizational development initiatives including culture-building and employee engagement programs

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years experience in Human Resources Learning & Development
• At least 3 years managerial experience handling L&D teams
• Must come from a Technology, IT, Telecommunications, or Digital Services company
• Strong experience in organizational development and leadership training
• Knowledgeable in LMS platforms, instructional design, and adult learning methodologies
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
