Role Overview

The Forex Account Officer is responsible for managing sales activities for assigned accounts, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong client relationships. The role handles product presentations, FX pricing negotiations, order bookings, regulatory compliance, and customer support while coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

Responsibilities

Account & Sales Management

Manage sales activities for assigned accounts.

Present and promote company products to clients.

Negotiate FX pricing and facilitate order bookings.

Monitor and track sales activities.

Business Development

Generate leads and identify opportunities to support account growth.

Follow up with prospective clients and develop new business opportunities.

Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Provide quality customer service and address client concerns.

Assist clients with product- and account-related requirements.

Compliance & Order Processing

Ensure sales and account activities comply with applicable regulatory requirements.

Handle FX pricing and order bookings accurately and efficiently.

Product Training & Coordination

Conduct product training as needed.

Coordinate with internal departments to support smooth and efficient service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any four-year course.
• At least 2 years of sales experience in the banking industry or a related field.
