Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced RTR Manager to lead Record-to-Report operations and ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• At least 7 years of accounting experience with RTR leadership exposure
• Experience in Shared Services, BPO, FMCG, Retail, Hospitality, or related industries
• Strong people management and process improvement skills

Key Responsibilities

• Lead RTR operations and month-end close activities
• Manage financial reporting and compliance requirements
• Review reconciliations and accounting entries
• Drive process standardization and automation initiatives
• Coordinate with auditors and business stakeholders
• Develop and mentor RTR team members
