Role Overview

The Supply Chain Director will spearhead end-to-end supply chain and distribution operations, ensuring efficient logistics execution, inventory accuracy, and optimized warehouse performance across the organization. This leadership role is responsible for driving operational excellence within high-volume retail, FMCG, and e-commerce environments while ensuring alignment with business growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead nationwide supply chain, warehousing, logistics, and inventory operations
  • Oversee inbound, outbound, transportation, fulfillment, and distribution activities to ensure operational efficiency
  • Establish inventory management frameworks and logistics strategies to improve stock accuracy and service levels
  • Monitor inventory aging, stock variances, shrinkage, and replenishment activities
  • Collaborate with commercial, procurement, planning, warehouse, and logistics teams to support supply continuity and business demands
  • Drive operational improvements focused on cost efficiency, productivity, and process optimization
  • Ensure proper execution of inventory audits, stock counts, and compliance requirements
  • Analyze operational data and supply chain metrics to identify business opportunities and operational risks
  • Lead large operational teams and strengthen organizational capability through coaching and performance management
  • Present operational reviews, inventory reports, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business, or related discipline
  • Strong background in supply chain leadership, logistics, warehousing, and distribution operations
  • Experience within Retail, FMCG, E-commerce, or high-volume logistics environments
  • Proven exposure to large-scale distribution and transportation operations
  • Strong knowledge of inventory planning, warehouse management, and logistics execution
  • Proficiency in ERP, WMS, and reporting tools
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and analytical skills
  • Experience managing multi-site or nationwide operations is highly preferred
