Recruitment Sourcing Analyst

Job Summary

The Recruitment Sourcing Analyst is responsible for supporting recruitment operations through strategic candidate sourcing, talent research, and pipeline development. The role plays a critical part in identifying top talent for technical and operational positions across a technology-driven organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform proactive candidate sourcing for IT, technical, engineering, and shared services roles.
• Utilize advanced sourcing techniques including Boolean search and competitor mapping.
• Generate candidate leads from multiple recruitment channels and networking platforms.
• Conduct resume screening and initial candidate assessments.
• Coordinate with recruiters regarding sourcing progress and hiring priorities.
• Maintain talent pools and update applicant tracking systems regularly.
• Monitor sourcing metrics and provide recruitment reports when needed.
• Support recruitment campaigns and employer branding initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or equivalent.
• At least 3 years experience in sourcing for Tech, IT, or Telecommunications industries.
• Strong experience sourcing for technical and hard-to-fill positions.
• Knowledgeable in ATS platforms and sourcing tools.
• Excellent research, communication, and organizational skills.
