Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Security Penetration Testing Specialist to help strengthen and protect enterprise systems, applications, and digital assets. In this role, you will lead security testing initiatives, identify vulnerabilities, and recommend effective remediation strategies to enhance the organization's overall cybersecurity posture.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide technical leadership, and contribute to security-related decisions that support the protection of business-critical systems and information.


Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for security penetration testing initiatives.
  
• Lead and collaborate with team members to deliver security assessment activities effectively.
  
• Make technical decisions and provide guidance on penetration testing methodologies and security best practices.
  
• Work closely with multiple stakeholders to support security initiatives across various projects.
  
• Design and execute penetration tests and security assessments for systems, applications, and infrastructure.
  
• Identify, analyze, and validate security vulnerabilities, providing actionable recommendations for remediation.
  
• Develop and implement security testing strategies to improve the organization's overall security posture.
  
• Mentor and support team members in resolving security issues and adopting industry best practices.
  
• Contribute to improving security processes and maintaining a proactive approach to risk management.
  

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in Security Penetration Testing.
  
• Expert-level knowledge of penetration testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  
• Strong understanding of network security concepts, protocols, and architectures.
  
• Experience using vulnerability assessment tools and performing security evaluations.
  
• Knowledge of recognized security frameworks, standards, and compliance requirements.
  
• Familiarity with incident response processes and threat intelligence practices.
  
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  
• Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and cross-functional teams.
