Job Description:

This role will oversee the US people operations and employee benefits programs, ensuring compliant, accurate, and timely execution of processes. This role partners with Operations leaders to support workforce stability, employee experience, and operational excellence in a high-volume environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • People Operations & Benefits: Lead end-to-end HR and benefits operations (onboarding, changes, offboarding, leave, attendance, benefits enrollment). Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery. Act as escalation point for complex issues.
  • Employee Support & Stakeholder Partnership: Resolve employee cases, provide guidance on benefits, policies, and non-disciplinary employee matters, balancing employee experience with operational needs.
  • Compliance & Policy Execution: Ensure adherence to U.S. labor laws, statutory benefits, and internal policies. Maintain audit-ready documentation.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously improve people operations and benefits processes, metrics tracking, and HR system enhancements.
  • HR Systems & Technical Support: Govern HR systems, ensure data integrity, manage system access and workflows.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop People Solutions and Benefits specialists. Manage staffing, performance, and succession planning.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s in HR, Business, Psychology, or related; Master’s or HR certification is a plus.
  • Experience: 7+ years in US HR or benefits operations; 4–5 years in leadership in high-volume environments (BPO, shared services, healthcare).
  • Skills: Expertise in benefits administration and HRIS, strong leadership, stakeholder management, attention to detail, compliance-focused, and data-driven decision-making.
