HR Internal Communications Lead

Job Summary

The HR Internal Communications Lead oversees strategic communication initiatives that enhance employee experience, strengthen organizational culture, and support HR operational goals. This role ensures effective delivery of HR messaging across all levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of enterprise-wide HR communication strategies
• Develop engaging content for HR announcements, leadership messages, employee programs, and policy rollouts
• Partner with HR Business Partners and department heads on communication initiatives
• Manage employee engagement communication campaigns and company-wide events
• Drive communication strategies for onboarding, learning initiatives, and organizational changes
• Analyze communication effectiveness through employee surveys and engagement data
• Ensure timely dissemination of critical HR updates and announcements
• Support crisis communication and sensitive employee messaging when necessary
• Supervise communication specialists and coordinate with cross-functional teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Arts, Human Resources, Marketing, or related discipline
• Must have experience working in a Tech or IT company
• Minimum of 5 years experience in HR Communications or Internal Communications
• At least 3 years experience managing teams or leading communication functions
• Strong expertise in employee engagement and corporate communications
• Exceptional content writing and presentation skills
• Proficient in communication tools, intranet systems, and digital engagement platforms
• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills
