Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Key Account Officer to develop and manage corporate client relationships while identifying opportunities to increase revenue and strengthen long-term partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned corporate clients
- Prospect new business opportunities within existing and potential accounts
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and account documentation
- Coordinate client requirements with internal departments
- Monitor client satisfaction and ensure prompt resolution of concerns
- Maintain accurate account records and sales reports
- Meet assigned sales targets and account growth objectives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- At least 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or corporate sales
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Goal-oriented and capable of managing multiple client accounts
- CRM experience is an advantage
- Willing to work onsite in Makati City
