Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Key Account Officer to develop and manage corporate client relationships while identifying opportunities to increase revenue and strengthen long-term partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned corporate clients
  • Prospect new business opportunities within existing and potential accounts
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and account documentation
  • Coordinate client requirements with internal departments
  • Monitor client satisfaction and ensure prompt resolution of concerns
  • Maintain accurate account records and sales reports
  • Meet assigned sales targets and account growth objectives

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or corporate sales
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Goal-oriented and capable of managing multiple client accounts
  • CRM experience is an advantage
  • Willing to work onsite in Makati City
