Job Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Team Leader (Tech Products) to oversee daily store operations and lead a high-performing sales team in a fast-paced retail environment. The ideal candidate is passionate about technology, customer service, and sales leadership, with strong knowledge of laptops, computers, gadgets, and accessories.

Qualifications

• College Level or College Graduate
• At least 2–4 years of experience in a Team Leader, Supervisor, or similar role
• Retail sales experience is highly preferred
• Knowledgeable in laptops, computers, gadgets, and technology accessories
• Familiar with POS systems and inventory management
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
• Goal-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail setup

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily store operations and sales team performance
• Lead, motivate, and coach staff to achieve sales targets
• Assist customers by recommending suitable technology products and solutions
• Ensure excellent customer service and product knowledge among team members
• Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, and POS transactions
• Handle customer concerns, complaints, and escalations professionally
• Conduct staff training and performance coaching
• Ensure proper product display, store cleanliness, and operational standards
• Prepare daily and weekly sales reports
• Support store promotions and sales initiatives
