Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused Key Account Specialist to manage and grow relationships with corporate clients. The ideal candidate has experience in B2B sales, account management, and providing excellent client support while driving business growth and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain relationships with assigned corporate and key accounts
  • Identify opportunities to expand business within existing client accounts
  • Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and business reviews
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales agreements
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of client requirements
  • Monitor account performance and resolve client concerns promptly
  • Maintain accurate account records, sales pipeline, and CRM updates
  • Achieve monthly sales and account growth targets

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales, key account management, or corporate sales
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Customer-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Experience using CRM tools and MS Office applications is an advantage
  • Willing to work onsite in Makati City
