Key Responsibilities:

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis to support business strategy and financial performance.
• Monitor costs, profitability, and key business drivers while providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Prepare management reports, financial dashboards, and ad-hoc analyses to support planning and performance management.
• Collaborate with Operations and cross-functional teams to assess performance, identify opportunities, and improve processes.
• Lead and develop the FP&A team while ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting and analysis.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA, CPA, or CFA is a plus.
• At least 5 years of FP&A experience with strong budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and analysis skills.
• Prior logistics industry experience with a solid understanding of operations, cost drivers, and profitability.
• 2+ years of people management experience, with a track record of coaching and developing finance teams.
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills, with experience using SAP or Oracle and excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
