Job Overview

The Financial Reporting Specialist is responsible for preparing financial reports, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting management with accurate financial information. This role is ideal for a CPA with FMCG industry experience and a solid foundation in financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to management.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and variance analysis.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Support audit requirements and regulatory reporting.
• Monitor financial controls and recommend process improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial matters.

Qualifications

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
• At least 2 years of accounting experience within the FMCG industry.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting standards and accounting regulations.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
