Job Overview

We are seeking a Finance and Accounting Specialist to oversee accounting processes, ensure regulatory compliance, and support financial reporting activities. The ideal candidate has a CPA license, FMCG industry experience, and strong technical accounting expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations and financial transactions.
• Prepare financial statements and management reports.
• Monitor compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Perform account reconciliations and financial analysis.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow monitoring.
• Support tax compliance and statutory reporting obligations.
• Coordinate with auditors and regulatory agencies as needed.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the finance function.

Qualifications

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
• Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience in the FMCG industry.
• Strong knowledge of accounting rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Experience with ERP systems and accounting software is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
